Current acting arrangements and changes to Capital Markets Advisory Committee Membership

The Treasury has today announced acting arrangements for its Financial and Commercial Directorate. Andrew Hagan (Director Capital Markets) will act as Deputy Secretary Financial and Commercial following Jon Grayson’s move to take up the role of Establishment Chief Executive for the Infrastructure Commission. 

Kim Martin (Head of Funding Strategy and Engagement) will act as Director Capital Markets in the interim. Ms Martin will continue to manage engagement with investors and credit rating agencies for New Zealand Debt Management. 

Capital Markets Advisory Committee (CMAC)

Andrew Hagan will take on the role of Chair of CMAC - replacing Jon Grayson. Traci Houpapa has stepped down from her role on the committee due to other commitments. Options regarding a replacement committee member are currently being explored.
